Waste Management Performance
FPI continuously improves waste management in accordance with Circular Economy principles by applying the 8Rs approach Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Replacement, Refurbish, Recovery, Remanufacture, and Return to enhance resource efficiency, reduce waste generation, increase resource recovery, and minimize waste requiring final disposal.
The Company discloses waste management performance by treatment method, including Recovery, Recycle, Incineration, and Landfill. Based on the Company’s reported waste classification, non-recycled waste generation is calculated as total waste generated less waste classified as Recycle.

Non-Recycled Waste Generation
During 2023–2025, non-recycled waste generation decreased from 311.97 tonnes 72% in 2023 to 219.58 tonnes 33% in 2024, and further decreased to 29.00 tonnes in 2025. In 2025, 0.00 tonnes of waste were sent to incineration and 0.00 tonnes to landfill, while the remaining non-recycled waste was managed through recovery.
The reporting scope covers the Company’s manufacturing operations in Thailand, representing 50% of operational areas.
